About the arrival card

What is the Thailand Digital Arrival Card?

Three things to know before you fly — what it is, when it opens, and why it gets rejected.

The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) replaced the TM6 paper form and became mandatory on 1 May 2025 for all foreign nationals arriving by air, land, or sea — a digital bridge between your airline ticket and Thai immigration.

Filing opens up to 72 hours before arrival. Once approved, a QR code is issued for the immigration officer to scan at the border. No QR code, no entry — airlines may also refuse boarding.

Each application requires roughly forty-seven fields per traveller. The system reports rejections only after submission, which is why most refusals stem from format errors that go unnoticed during filing.

A trained agent reviews every field of your application against your passport scan before submission. The official portal — forty-seven fields of government English, date-format pitfalls, and no error feedback until after you submit — is where most rejections happen. We've handled the same form thousands of times.

Book today and fly any time in the next twelve months. We auto-time the actual filing to land inside the 72-hour government window. Your approved QR code arrives by email well before takeoff — guaranteed, or full refund.

No account. No government login. No confusing forms in broken English. The kind of holiday admin you went on holiday to escape, handled by people who do it for a living.

How it works

I filed at 11 PM the night before our flight. The agent caught two date typos and re-submitted within 30 minutes. We had the QR code over breakfast.

Why use a paid filing service?
Your fee covers a real person reviewing every field on your form against your passport scan, filing it within 30 minutes during business hours, and refunding you if it's rejected. Most rejections happen on date format or passport-number typos that no automated system catches in time. The fee buys you a human safety net before your card reaches the queue.
How fast will I get my QR code?
During Bangkok business hours, most cards are filed within 30 minutes and the QR code arrives in your inbox within one to two hours. Filings within 24 hours of departure are prioritised. Filings seven or more days before arrival are typically submitted within the day.
Can I file for my whole family in one go?
Yes. Add up to six travellers in section 2 of the form — partner, children, parents. Each card is filed individually with Thai immigration. The fee is Per traveller in a single checkout.
What happens if my flight or arrival date changes?
Email support@tdac.info as soon as you know. We can amend the date free of charge until the card is filed; after filing, we re-file at no cost provided the new arrival is within the same trip window.
Is the Thailand Digital Arrival Card mandatory?
Yes. Since 1 May 2025, the Digital Arrival Card replaces the TM6 paper form and is mandatory for all foreign nationals arriving in Thailand by air, land, or sea. The QR code must be presented to the immigration officer; without it, airlines may deny boarding and immigration may deny entry.
When can I file my arrival card?
The official filing window opens 72 hours before your arrival. Filing earlier invalidates the card; filing too late risks denied boarding. You can book our service up to 12 months in advance — we hold your details securely and auto-time the actual submission to land inside the official window, so you don't have to remember.
