Check your spam/junk folder and Gmail Promotions tab. If you still cannot find it, email support@tdac.info with your passport number and we will resend it immediately.
I need to change my flight date or details
Email support@tdac.info with your passport number and the corrected details. We will refile your TDAC at no extra cost and send a new QR code.
I made a mistake on my application
We review every submission for common errors before filing. If we caught it, we already fixed it. If you spotted something after receiving your QR code, email us and we will correct and refile for free.
I need a refund
If your application has not yet been filed, we offer a full refund. Once filed with immigration, refunds are not possible as the government does not reverse submissions. Email support@tdac.info to discuss your situation.
My QR code is not scanning at the airport
Maximize screen brightness and try again. If that fails, show the printed backup. As a last resort, the immigration officer will direct you to a kiosk to refile on the spot. You will not be denied entry.
