About

We make Thailand entry effortless

TDAC.info is a filing service for travelers heading to Thailand — we handle the Digital Arrival Card paperwork so you can focus on the trip.

Our mission

TDAC.

TDAC.info is the place travelers go to file the Thailand Digital Arrival Card. Every applicant fills out a short, plain-English form; our team reviews it for date-format errors, passport mismatches, and the small typos that quietly get applications flagged at the border; then we file on your behalf and email the approved QR code back to you.

We exist because Thailand's official form is genuinely fiddly — 47 fields, three languages of help text, and rejection messages that rarely tell you what went wrong. We built TDAC.info so a family of four can complete one short form, in their own language, and walk through immigration with their QR codes already in their inbox.

Our customers are families booking months ahead, retirees flying home for the cool season, digital nomads on tight turnarounds, and first-time visitors who just want one less thing to think about before takeoff.

What we do

Three things, done properly.

We file the Digital Arrival Card

Submit your details once. We review, format, and file the TDAC on your behalf, and email your approved QR code back before you board.

Plain-English guides for Thai entry rules

Up-to-date guides on visa exemptions, the 60-day rule, transit transfers, the DTV, and the small print Thai Immigration publishes in Thai first.

Real human support before & after arrival

Email support@tdac.info and a real travel-docs specialist replies — not a chatbot. We answer at 03:00 Bangkok time when you realise your flight is in nine hours.

Quality

Editorial standards

Thai entry rules change without warning. Our content is written, fact-checked, and refreshed against the official sources so you're never reading last year's policy.

  • Primary sources: the Thai Immigration Bureau, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the official tdac.immigration.go.th portal.
  • Every guide is reviewed within 30 days of a known policy change and at least quarterly otherwise.
  • Articles are written by travel-documentation specialists who have personally cleared immigration at Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Phuket, and Chiang Mai.
  • Available in 27 languages — English source of truth, professionally translated and locally reviewed.
  • We disclose clearly that TDAC.info is a paid filing service and not a government website.
