TDAC.info is a private, third-party platform that assists travelers in submitting their application for the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC). We are not affiliated with the Thai government or its official immigration authorities.
User Responsibility
By using our service, you confirm that:
- All information you provide is true and accurate.
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all details before submission.
- You authorize us to process and submit your application to the relevant immigration system.
Fees and Payment
Our service requires a $29 USD fee per application, paid securely via Stripe. This covers form handling, verification, and submission assistance. No hidden fees will be charged.
Processing Time
- Your application will be processed and submitted shortly after payment confirmation.
- You will receive the TDAC QR Code 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date in Thailand.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if:
- Duplicate payments were made.
- The request is made within 30 minutes of payment and before we begin processing your data.

Limitation of Liability
TDAC.info is not responsible for:
- Delays or rejections caused by incorrect user information.
- Rejections from Thai Immigration for reasons beyond our control.
- Email delivery issues due to incorrect user input or spam filtering.
Privacy and Data
We take your privacy seriously. All personal data is processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is only shared with Thai immigration systems for the purpose of TDAC processing.
Use of Website
You agree not to:
- Use this website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our services.
- Copy or distribute content without our written consent.
Changes to Terms
TDAC.info reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Service Nature
TDAC.info is a private, third-party service provider that assists travelers in preparing and submitting their application for the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC). We are not affiliated with the Thai government.
Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of our service and immediate processing of applications, refunds are generally not available once a submission has been made. However, we will consider refund requests under the following conditions:
- The payment was made in error and no application was submitted.
- Duplicate payments were made for the same application.
- You cancel the order within 30 minutes of payment and before we begin processing your data.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Your data was submitted to Thai Immigration.
- You entered incorrect information in the form that led to rejection.
- You failed to meet Thai entry requirements outside of our control.
Processing Time for Refunds
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original method of payment.

- Reason for refund request
Cancellation Policy
Once your form is submitted and payment is made, the application enters automatic processing. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once this process starts. If you need to cancel urgently, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist before submission.
